Refund Policy
This policy explains your rights when you buy from AirGearPro and how we handle returns, refunds, and faulty goods. It applies to purchases made directly from our website. Purchases made via Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces are governed by those marketplaces’ own return policies — please contact the marketplace directly for those orders.

1. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have important rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ("CRA 2015") and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCRs 2013"). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights. The headlines:
• 14-day right to cancel. Under the CCRs 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
• 30-day short-term right to reject. Under the CRA 2015, if the goods you receive are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to reject them and obtain a full refund.
• Right to repair, replacement, or further refund. After the 30-day short-term right to reject, faulty goods remain covered by your rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or final refund under the CRA 2015.
The policy below extends some of these terms in your favour. Where the policy and your statutory rights differ, your statutory rights prevail.
2. Our 30-day return policy
We accept returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. This extends the 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the CCRs 2013. To be eligible for a return under this 30-day policy, the item must meet all of the following:
• In its original condition, with all packaging, labels, and accessories included.
• Not used or worn — see Section 4 for excluded categories.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase: your order number or order confirmation email.
Returns made after 30 days from delivery cannot be processed under this policy. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods continue to apply beyond the 30-day window — see Section 6.
3. How to return an item
1. Email us at support@airgearpro.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will reply within 2 working days with a return authorisation number and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. Include the return authorisation number on the outside of the parcel.
4. Send the item using a tracked service — we recommend Royal Mail Tracked or a courier with proof of delivery.
5. We will inspect the item on arrival and process your refund within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Important: do not return items without first contacting us for a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused.
4. Items we cannot accept back
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are excluded from our 30-day return policy:
• Filter cartridges (P2, P3, A1, A1B1E1K1, A1P2, ABEK-P2, and similar) that have been removed from their original sealed packaging. Opened filters cannot be resold and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Respirator masks and goggles that have been worn or used. Unused masks in original sealed packaging can be returned.
• Safety footwear that has been worn outside of a clean, indoor try-on. Carpeted try-on at home is fine; outdoor wear or worksite use makes the item non-returnable.
• Personalised or made-to-order items.
• Items that have been damaged by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
These exclusions do not limit your statutory rights in respect of faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods. If an item is faulty when you receive it, the rules in Section 6 apply instead.
5. Refunds — timing, method, and shipping
How refunds are issued
Refunds are made to the original payment method you used at checkout (card, PayPal, or other). We cannot refund to a different account or method. Refunds include UK VAT at the rate that applied when you placed the order. We will issue your refund within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned item and confirming it meets our return conditions. Refunds usually appear in your account within 3–5 working days after we issue them, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
Return shipping costs
Under our 30-day goodwill return policy, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are paid by us in the following situations:
• The item is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered (see Section 6).
• You are exercising your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the CCRs 2013 — in this case we will refund your return shipping at the standard rate.
Outbound shipping refunds
When you cancel within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period, we refund the standard outbound delivery cost you paid. If you chose a premium delivery option (express, next-day), we refund the equivalent of the cheapest standard delivery option we offered for that order.
Under our 30-day goodwill return policy (Section 2), outbound shipping is not refunded — only the price of the goods.
6. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered:
1. Contact us at support@airgearpro.com within a reasonable time — ideally within 7 days of delivery, although your statutory rights are not limited to this period.
2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
3. We will arrange a full refund, free replacement, or repair at our cost. We pay return shipping for faulty goods.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (summarised in Section 1) apply in full and are not limited by this section.
7. Late or non-delivery
Under the CCRs 2013, we must deliver your order within 30 days of order confirmation unless you and we have agreed a different timeframe. If we fail to do so, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including delivery charges.
If you specified a delivery date that is essential (for example, a date you told us was critical to your purchase) and we miss it, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund regardless of the 30-day rule.
8. Marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, and others)
If you bought your AirGearPro product on Amazon, eBay, or another third-party marketplace, the marketplace handles your return under its own policy. This is usually faster and more straightforward than returning through us directly. Contact the marketplace to start a return.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from our website.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a return, refund, or faulty goods claim, please contact us first at support@airgearpro.com. We will respond within 5 working days and do our best to resolve the issue.
